He returns to Starwood after serving as founder and principal partner of tcmGlobal Services LLC, a technology consulting and management firm that focuses on the travel and hospitality sectors. Oates has more 20 years experience in the information technology field, including 18 years at ITT Sheraton where he held a number of information technology posts."I have had the great pleasure of working closely with Bill for many years, and we are thrilled to welcome him back," says Bob Cotter, Starwood's chief operating officer.
