Chateau is headquartered in Greenwood Village, located along Denver's southeast corridor. Chateau is one of the nation's largest owners and managers of manufactured housing. Its portfolio consists of 165 communities, with 51,915 residential home sites and 1,359 park model/RV sites in 34 states. In addition, Chateau manages 46 manufactured home communities with approximately 10,200 residential home sites and 175 park model/RV sites. The company also owns or has options on 12 undeveloped communities which, when completed, will contain about 4,700 sites.
