Judge Keir says he will hold a hearing Wednesday, Nov. 22 if he has any questions about the proposed order. Otherwise, he says he will sign the order confirming CRIIMI MAE's reorganization plan.
To resolve objections to confirmation filed recently by Merrill Lynch Mortgage Capital Inc. and German American Capital Corp., the confirmation order includes a provision for the plan to become effective no later than March 15, 2001 unless the parties and the court agree to extend the date or the court extends that date.
