National Electronics Warranty Leases at 3 Vintage Park

DULLES, VA-The new headquarters for the product protection and information services firm is part of an office park being developed by Lerner Enterprises. Construction on the final phase, a six-story building, begins next summer.

DULLES, VA-National Electronics Warranty Corp. of Sterling, VA is moving its headquarters into an 82,660-sf building under construction here. The company leased the entire three-story building at 3 Vintage Park in Dulles, VA and will take occupancy in June 2001.

This new construction is the next phase of Vintage Park a 350,000 sf office park at the intersection of Routes 28 and 606 in Dulles, Loudoun County, VA. The park, developed by Lerner Enterprises of North Bethesda, MD, will begin its final phase in the summer of 2001 with 4 Vintage Park, a six-story 186,000 sf-class A office building.
