OpsXchange Unveils Online Real Estate Suppliers Exchange

SAN FRANCISCO-REITs, REOCs, property management companies and industry consortiums can license the new platform to establish private e-marketplaces, where users can enter important information critical to property management, asset date and descriptions.

SAN FRANCISCO-Locally-based OpsXchange is launching a new online platform to allow users in the real estate industry’s supply chain to request, order, purchase, trade and auction products or services. Company founder, chairman and CEO Rajiv Naidu says the new OpsCommerce Platform has been designed to easily support real estate specific procurement activity.

REITs, REOCs, property management companies and industry consortiums can license the new platform to establish private e-marketplaces, where users can enter important information critical to property management, asset date and descriptions. System users can also manage offline responsibilities and reporting processes by customizing workflow and pricing structures online.
