Big Hitter Joins Kaufman Realty

ATLANTA-Adam Slutzky, former leasing manager for Industrial Developments International, joins the locally-based brokerage in the same position. He has leased a total 4 million sf of office and industrial in his career to date.

ATLANTA-Locally-based Kaufman Realty Group is pinning its leasing portfolio growth on Adam Slutzky, the firm’s newly-appointed leasing manager. Slutzky formerly held the same position at Industrial Developments International. Before that, he was a leasing agent at Highwoods Properties.

Slutzky has leased 4 million sf of office and industrial in his career to date. He will guide the firm’s efforts to bring its leasing activities in-house. KRG currently manages 495,000 sf of office space in the metro area.
