The high-speed fiber optic communications firm, which is a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corp., of Bethpage, Long Island, signed a seven-year lease for 11,400 sf of space at 565 Taxter Road, a 172,476 sf office building. The company's space at the Taxter Road property will be used for its Westchester County executive sales office.

The firm is currently completing work on Westchester County's much-heralded fiber-optic "sonic ring." It also secured 6,000 sf of space at 200 Saw Mill River Road, a 51,100 sf property that will be utilized for the company's service and support operations.Austin Corporate Properties of Rye Brook and Albert reported the deals. B. Ashforth, Inc., of Stamford, which represented Cablevision/Lightpath in the lease transactions.
