The family's DuVoice Corp., a voice-mail software company, will begin relocating its offices to the State St. offices sometime in December, once Big Brothers Big Sisters completes its move. Proceeds from the sale will be used by the non-profit organization to purchase and renovate its new headquarters at 1600 S. Graham St. in Seattle's Georgetown area.
The award for the highest sf/price obtained for a Kirkland property in 2000 went to the sale of the 9,600-sf Royal Oak Mines building near the prestigious waterfront complex at Carillon Point. The price of $6M translated to $625/sf.
