CenterPoint Corporate Park Signs New Tenants

KENT, WA-CenterPoint Corporate Park has signed new tenants for roughly 78,000 sf of its total 736,000 sf. The building constructed in 1984 was known as the Boeing Space Center until purchased by Intralock LLC in August 1999 for over $40 million. The new owner has made extensive renovations (the cost for which was not immediately available), and it began marketing the space last year. A little more than 50% of the building has been leased at rages from $17-$19/sf net.

Key tenants in the 4-story building at 20415 – 72nd Ave. include Patient Accounting Service Center LLC, a provider of health-care reimbursement services; Dotcast Inc., a Palo Alto-based broadband communications company; Hurley Atkins & Stewart Inc; and Cummings & Associates. Other tenants include insurance consulting and brokerage firms relocating from Seattle, where lease rates on average are more than double those at CenterPoint.
