"We wanted to specifically stay in this building," Ellen Slaby, director of public relations for Centra, tells GlobeSt.com. "We like the location a lot and we did a lot of buildout on the building."Slaby notes that the expansion is due to the rapid growth the company is currently experiencing – both in employees and customers. Clients for the software company include American Express, Domino's Pizza and Proctor & Gamble. Centra has offices nationwide and right outside of London. The company is also due to open branch offices in France and Switzerland within the next few weeks.John Boyle of Trammel Crow Cos. represented Centra while Stacey A. Baker, vice president –leasing for Boston Properties Inc. served as the company's in-house leasing representative. Slaby would not disclose lease rates for the property but this area has become one of the most desirable suburban office markets in the Greater Boston area with lease rates as high as $60 per sf.
