Novalux is the only tenant at the campus, which will initially be used for manufacturing, although the firm plans to move an unspecified number of workers over from its Sonora Court location by next year.
"We actually have people over there right now," a company source tells GlobeSt.com. "We'll probably put offices in by Feb. 1."
Workers currently at the facility are beginning to install packaging-assembly lines. Other plans for the space include advanced research labs, product-development areas, and wafer-processing areas.
