The Property Capital Marketplace, operated by registered broker-dealer Property Capital Security Inc., will offer investors single-asset and fund offerings from quality real estate sponsors. The Property Capital website (www.propertycapital.com) will offer market information, transaction facilitation, legal documentation and a complete research and education center.
"We are launching more than a company," says Briggs, the firm's president. "The proprietary tools of the Property Capital Marketplace will allow a transaction that would normally require months to take only weeks."
