Real Estate Veterans Launch New Venture

SAN FRANCISCO-The Property Capital Marketplace (www.propertycapital.com), operated by registered broker-dealer Property Capital Security Inc., will offer investors single-asset and fund offerings from quality real estate sponsors.

SAN FRANCISCO-Bay Area real estate veterans Mary Briggs and Ann Wengert have started a new company, Property Capital Inc., which will match accredited investors with commercial real estate investments. Property Capital will use both traditional and online methods to link financial advisors and their high–net worth investor clients to quality commercial real estate opportunities.

The Property Capital Marketplace, operated by registered broker-dealer Property Capital Security Inc., will offer investors single-asset and fund offerings from quality real estate sponsors. The Property Capital website (www.propertycapital.com) will offer market information, transaction facilitation, legal documentation and a complete research and education center.
