Among other projects in the Seattle area, the Vancouver B.C.-based Bentall has plans for the corner of NE 4th St. and 108th Ave. in Bellevue. The site is zoned to accommodate 775,000 sf of office space, though a 70,000-sf office building now occupies a portion of the available area. Bentall has initiated site planning and conceptual design work for two additional office buildings to utilize the site's development potential. Bentall has not, as yet, announced a start date for that project, to be called Summit Ridge.
