Leasing Flurry Takes 102,079-SF Titan Building to 90% Occupancy

SAN ANTONIO-The 102,079-sf Titan Building is on its way back, with six new leases and two renewals, including one expansion. The structure's 68% occupancy has jumped to 90% with the pacts.

SAN ANTONIO-The 102,079-sf Titan Building in northeast San Antonio is now 90% leased, up from 68% thanks to six new tenants.

“That is the largest amount of leases we’ve done,” Krista Upham, one of two Transwestern Commercial Services brokers who has handled the deals.” The contracts, she told GlobeSt.com, average five years and the space is going for an average of $16.50 per sf. In May, Transwestern had assumed the leasing duties for the office structure, owned by United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co.
