Delphi Group Relocates to 10 Post Office Square

BOSTON-Delphi Group has determined to stay in the city. Fortunately the e-business company signed a lease when rates were in the $40s per sf. Rates have gone as high as $80 per foot.

BOSTON-Delphi Group has relocated its world headquarters from City Hall Plaza to 10 Post Office Square. The company, which provides e-business advisory services, needed to expand from its 8,000 sf of space. In its new location Delphi occupies 15,000 sf of space.

According to Nicholas Kolopoulous, vice president of the company, Delphi wanted to remain in the city. “It’s a major hub,” he tells Globest.com. “Most of our clients come into Boston and its convenient for our employees.” The company currently has 50 employees.
