Zero to Three, an organization that works to strengthen and support families, practitioners and communities to promote the healthy development of babies and toddlers, is moving from its current headquarters at 734 15th St. to the larger facility.
The organization's headquarters will dominate the new building's 28,000 sf second floor, says Schwartz. Its offices will occupy 22,000 sf of the new site. Cushman & Wakefield's Washington, DC office brokered the lease for an undisclosed amount.
Zero to Three's mission statement describes the group as "the nation's leading resource on the first three years of life." The organization's web site address is www.zerotothree.org.
