Grubb & Ellis Opens Foster City Office

OAKLAND, CA-Grubb & Ellis Northwest recently announced a series of new hires and appointments as part of a wide-ranging expansion plan. A new office on the peninsula, and a beefed up presence in Downtown Oakland come as a response to what regional managing director Alan Collenette sees as an increasing demand for specialized market knowledge.

Mark Terzian Jr. has been appointed managing director of the new peninsula office, located in Foster City. In addition, Grubb & Ellis have picked up Martin J. Church to serve as senior VP, and Erin Carew who will be heading the new Technology Services Group as senior VP. Church brings to the table more than 20 years experience in sales and leasing, while Carew has spent the last decade in high-tech business development.
