Mark Terzian Jr. has been appointed managing director of the new peninsula office, located in Foster City. In addition, Grubb & Ellis have picked up Martin J. Church to serve as senior VP, and Erin Carew who will be heading the new Technology Services Group as senior VP. Church brings to the table more than 20 years experience in sales and leasing, while Carew has spent the last decade in high-tech business development.
Collenette sees the recent changes at Grubb & Ellis as being indicative of the company's desire to specialize in markets increasingly driven by what he calls the "knowledge economy." He will head up the Oakland office until a permanent appointment is made.
Daniel Cressman, managing director out of the San Francisco office stated, "Our overall strategy is to consolidate Grubb & Ellis' current strengths within Northern California's technology corridors."
