CLT will own and use most of the new building, but also plans to lease about 14,000 sf. The office space will rent for about $12 per sf. Space for flex users will be available at $5 per sf to $6 per sf. CLT provides trucking services to importers and exporters, serving about 150 companies within a 250-mile radius of Charlotte. The company employs about 20 people and expects to add another 10 over the next two years.
