The project architect is URS Greiner of Cleveland, OH, and the construction manager is Parsons Management Consultants of Washington, DC.
The new facilities, known as the North Flank and West Flank garages, arebeing constructed to fulfill the needs of the increasing number of travelersusing the airport. The five-story North Flank parking garage will accommodate4,750 cars and the five-story West Flank garage will hold 3,800 cars. Both will be constructed of post tension concrete with a precast concrete skin.
