NEW YORK CITY-The Jewish Child Care Association has signed a 10-year lease for the entire fourth floor of a building in the heart of the South Bronx section of the city. The Association is a not-for-profit group, represented in the lease negotiations by Katonah, NY-based Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT.

Barry Synnott, a broker with Coldwell, says the Jewish Child Care Association of New York has signed a 35,000 sf sublease with the South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation. The agency has secured space on the fourth floor of the former Hearne department store at 2856-2870 Third Ave., a building which totals approximately 150,000 sf.
