The 215,000-sf structure will house the main corporate offices of Cameron, situated on a parcel at the northeast corner of the Sam Houston Tollway and Clay Rd. It will extend the northward spread of the complex of office buildings on the west stretch of the tollway, where a building boom is taking place. BMC Software has built several office towers in the area and it is the site of the 20-story BriarLake Plaza.

Cameron has been seeking a site offering easy access to Houston Intercontinental Airport and residential communities on Houston's west side - selectively avoiding properties along the construction-ridden Katy Freeway.
