Turken Industrial Properties, a long-time Valley developer and property owner, has purchased the 28,800-sf multi-tenant building at 819 N. 13th Ave. in Phoenix. The building is less than a mile from Interstate 17.

The property sits on 52,650 sf of land. The price equates to $18.75 per sf.

The Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller in the transaction, while the Phoenix office of Rand Commercial represented the buyer.
