ATIE Properties of the British Virgin Islands bought the asset from Coral 2000, headed by Ralph A. Jensen. Although the building didn't meet the 1983 number, the price topped the last sale in 1998 when it sold for $1.63 million or $51.67 per sf, according to Miami-based Integra Appraisal and Real Estate Economics Associates.
