MIAMI-Older buildings are still holding their price. The former Miami Board of Realtors’ headquarters site, off Downtown at 2000 and 2040 Coral Way, has changed hands for $2.11 million or $66.95 per sf. That’s less than the property went for in 1983 when it was sold for $2.17 million or $68.78 per sf.

ATIE Properties of the British Virgin Islands bought the asset from Coral 2000, headed by Ralph A. Jensen. Although the building didn’t meet the 1983 number, the price topped the last sale in 1998 when it sold for $1.63 million or $51.67 per sf, according to Miami-based Integra Appraisal and Real Estate Economics Associates.
