The parties to the transaction declined to specify the terms of the lease agreements. Dave Easly, CFO of Micro Standard, told GlobeSt.com, "We are a privately-held company. We keep a low profile and don't discuss our expansion plans." The Park East Business complex is owned by RREEF, a San Francisco-based real estate investment advisor. Other key tenants include Appian Graphics, contractor MacDonald Miller and light manufacturer ETMA.
