RREEF Renews, Expands Leases At Park East

REDMOND, WA-Micro Standard Distributors has extended its lease of just under 30,000 sf at the San Francisco-based real estate investment advisor's Park East Business Park complex here, and another existing tenant is expanding.

REDMOND, WA-Micro Standard Distributors has renewed its 27,400-sf lease in building B of the 5-building, 160,000-sf Park East Business Park complex on NE 68th St. In addition to the renewal of that space, the Redmond-based company (which assembles and configures computers), has expanded with an additional 18,600 sf of space in Building C.

The parties to the transaction declined to specify the terms of the lease agreements. Dave Easly, CFO of Micro Standard, told GlobeSt.com, “We are a privately-held company. We keep a low profile and don’t discuss our expansion plans.” The Park East Business complex is owned by RREEF, a San Francisco-based real estate investment advisor. Other key tenants include Appian Graphics, contractor MacDonald Miller and light manufacturer ETMA.
