Slough Business Center Adds 72,000 sf

ELGIN, IL – Slough Estates USA has completed development of a one-story, 72,000 sf office/warehouse building in the Slough Business Center in northwest suburban Elgin. Built by Krusinski Construction Co. for Slough, the $2.5 million structure is at 2590 Alft Lane at the intersection of I-90 and Randall Road.

It is the third building built by the construction firm for Slough, and features 24-foot ceilings and eight docks with off-street loading. This sort of property has been extremely popular in Elgin area recently, with 280,000 sf of one-story office space and 1 million sf of industrial currently under construction there. The architect for the latest Slough project is Eckenhoff Saunders; the leasing agent is CB Richard Ellis.
