The 30-acre, 270,000-sf retail and entertainment complex is now 75% full, says David O'Donnell, senior director for Phoenix-based Opus West Corporation. Other tenants in the plaza include the Home Depot, Borders, Old Navy and Ross. Linens N Things, PetsMart, Michael's, Ulta 3 and Aaron Brothers have all signed leases but have yet to move in. "Broadstone Plaza has a great mix of tenants, something for everyone," O'Donnell tells GlobeSt. "We are just seeing the beginning of retail development for Folsom."
Pier 1 Imports was represented by Chris Campbell of CB Richard Ellis; the Men's Wearhouse was represented by Don Krieger of Terranomics and Opus West Corp. was represented by John Schultz and Craig Burress of CB Richard Ellis in Sacramento.
Opus West is a real estate company that provides in-house architecture, construction management and real estate development services. Since it was founded in 1979, Opus West has developed more than 18 million sf of office, industrial and retail space.
