One of the latest to join in on the building frenzy are the developers of Pinnacle Corporate Centre, a three-story, 75,000-sf building located on the Parkway near Mission Road.

No tenants have been signed for the building, but but interest is strong enough that the developers of the building, including Ken Block, vice president with Block & Co. Inc. are also interested in building two morestructures nearby.

Each building would contain about 100,000 sf of space. Construction may begin as soon as spring.Cost for the three buildings is estimated to be about $38 million. The land on which the buildings will sit was formerly under contract with the Pauls Corp. of Denver. The Pauls Corp. previously constructed a multi-tenant office building in Leawood that sold to Magnum Resourcesof Omaha.

Other companies that have recently been drawn to the corridor, which provides easy access to nearby highways, as well as College Boulevardand 119th Street, include Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc., Stratco Inc. and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
