The new building will consist of a single-story structure with loading capability, continuous window lines and a higher than average parking ratio: 4.2 spaces per 1,000 sf. The building, set on 10.4 acres, is scheduled for completion in March 2001.

There are currently 10 speculative office buildings under construction in the East-West Tollway submarket. Leasing activity in this area is on a record-setting pace with net absorption through third quarter topping 1.6 million sf.
