Saddle Ridge Village will be built at 2259 E. Smoky Hill Rd, about an eighth of a mile west of the E-470 toll road interchange connecting Denver's southeast corridor to Denver International Airport. American Multi-Housing has retained Denver's Madhouse Development Services Inc. as the third-party developer for the gated community.
Units in the project are being designed with 50 sf to 80 sf more than the region's typical multifamily apartment. Saddle Ridge Village will include 20 four-bedroom, two-bath units, specifically designed for families. The complex is expected to draw from the nearby Meridian International Business Center, the largest office park in the region, which includes the million-square-sf Merrill Lynch office campus.
