The property is along the western edge of Interstate 95 on the periphery of the Daytona Beach city limits where millions of square feet of retail, office and industrial space are planned over the next 20 years. Renar is the LPGA's prime developer. The community is located between Interstate 95 and LPGA International Boulevard.

On the drawing boards are six million sf of commercial and industrial, and 6,000 multifamily and single-family units. LPGA International is the global headquarters for the Ladies Professional Golf Association and the site of the recently-held Arch Wireless 2000 Championships that featured the tour's top 30 money winners.

The United States Tennis Association will be relocating its Florida headquarters across from LPGA International and will be building a 24-court tennis complex. Nearby, the state and its universities are jointly building a high-tech training campus, starting with a $24 million facility.
