LeadersOnline, a subsidiary of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc., the world's largest provider of executive-level search and consulting services, will be relocating its corporate headquarters to the new facility from its current location in Irvine.
Brokers from Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach officerepresented the owner, while brokers from Cushman Realty's Irvine office represented the tenant in the transaction.
