The company paid about $1.25 million for the land and construction of the 14,400-sf. building. Patti will occupy 9,600 sf, and lease out the other 4,400 sf for $14.50 psf for office use or $7.25 psf for warehouse use.

The company moved as a result of growth and to meet its customers needs, such as General Motors Corp., FANUC Robotics and Johnson Controls. The company is a member of Automation Alley, a conglomerate of companies brought together by Oakland County to exhibit, encourage and promote the technological and industrial capability of the county.
