The roundtable discussion will be held at Dooley Mac's Publick House at 179 Mamaroneck Ave. here. The panel participants will be: William Cuddy, managing director with Insignia/ESG's Westchester/Connecticut office; Christopher O'Callaghan, a principal of the White Plains brokerage firm McCarthy O'Callaghan Co. Inc.; and Martin Deitch, a principal of the Hartsdale-based firm Aries, Deitch & Endelson Inc.
O'Callaghan and Cuddy will concentrate on trends and issues in the commercial real estate sector, Deitch and panel moderator Edward Kulikowski, who is president of the Board of Realtors Commercial Investment Division, will focus on the retail market in the suburbs. The event will begin at noon and will be conducted from the restaurant's downstairs private room.
