NAIOP Honors Robert Holder and his Firm for Production Volume and Community Service

ATLANTA-The Georgia chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties cited Holder Properties' two million sf of office development during the past year and the work of the company's retired founder in bringing the 1996 Olympics to Atlanta.

ATLANTA-Holder Properties, founded by the retired Robert Holder, is Georgia’s Developer of the Year. The Georgia chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties awarded Holder personally the 2000 Carter/Mathis award.

His company was recognized for its development of two million sf of high-tech office and data centers during the past year and its service to the community. Holder was honored for his extensive work in the community and his efforts in bringing the 1996 Olympic Games to Atlanta. Holder Construction is a sister company.
