Taico plans to build 11 small industrial buildings on the property ranging from 4,000 sf to 7,000 sf, for a total of 65,000 sf when completed. The project's value when built out will be roughly $6.5 million. The concrete tilt-up structures will offer contemporary architectural design, fenced yards, fee-simple ownership and direct access to hiking trails around Talega. Construction is expected to start in January with estimated completion by June 2001.
This project is the beginning of several developments that will incorporate Talega's lifestyle theme: "Everyone should live and work in a place like this, sometime."
