West TeleServices Corporation has signed a five-year lease, with options, for a 35,000-sf facility at 4645 Concord Rd. in Beaumont. West is currently renovating its leased space, and expects to open for business in January 2001. The job center will carry an annual payroll ranging from $16 million to $18 million. West is headquartered in Omaha with centers in 12 states.
