AVON, CO-After three years of construction, Boulder developer Leo Palmos is opening doors on a $45-million condominium, retail and office project in the tiny town of Avon, west of Vail.

“It’s the biggest project (of its kind) in the Vail Valley,”‘ Palmos boasts to GlobeSt.com.He had sold all of the Chapel Square condos three years ago, for a price ranging from $280,000 to $450,000. “If they were on the market today, they would cost at least 30% more,” Palmos says. “This is a very European-styled project.” The project also includes 100,000 sf of retail space and 25,000 sf of office space.
