One of the firm's largest deals was a 15-acre Northern Kentucky shopping center purchase for Lowe's Home Improvement Center in Cincinnati. A 138,233-sf Lowe's replaced the shopping center, located on Alexandria Pike, just outside of Cincinnati.
Three other leases totaling 50,400 sf were negotiated at the Summit of Louisville Shopping Center in Louisville, KY. New tenants include the Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic.
