ChainLinks Retail Advisors Completes 346 Transactions in September

WASHINGTON, DC-More than 346 real estate transactions in September netted ChainLinks Retail Advisors Inc. deals for more than 2.5 million sf of retail space nationwide, according to company officials. ChainLinks, one of the largest retail-only real estate service providers in North America, is based here and has completed nearly 3,000 transactions totaling approximately 33 million sf.

One of the firm’s largest deals was a 15-acre Northern Kentucky shopping center purchase for Lowe’s Home Improvement Center in Cincinnati. A 138,233-sf Lowe’s replaced the shopping center, located on Alexandria Pike, just outside of Cincinnati.
