ChainLinks Retail Advisors Completes 346 Transactions in September

WASHINGTON, DC-The retail-only real estate services provider has negotiated lease deals totaling more than 50,000 sf and sold a 15-acre mall in Kentucky alone. The DC-based company has completed almost 3,000 transactions in 2000.

One of the firm's largest deals was a 15-acre Northern Kentucky shopping center purchase for Lowe's Home Improvement Center in Cincinnati. A 138,233-sf Lowe's replaced the shopping center, located on Alexandria Pike, just outside of Cincinnati.

Three other leases totaling 50,400 sf were negotiated at the Summit of Louisville Shopping Center in Louisville, KY. New tenants include the Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic.
