Telecom company Global One Communications and brokers involved in the deal announced yesterday that Global One has signed a 10-year lease for 27,742 sf at the Wilshire Technology Center. The Belgium-based subsidiary of France Telecom will occupy the fifth and sixth floors of the building, located at 3810 Wilshire Blvd.

Seeley Co.'s South Bay office represented Global One. Charles Dunn Co.'s Downtown LA office represented the owner, Fowler Flanagan Technology Partners LLC.

The announcement comes on the heels of a recent lease inked by a Telecommunications-related firm in the San Fernando Valley. GlobeSt.com reported Thursday that Telecom Network Inc. signed a lease for 27,434 sf, in a deal valued at nearly $7 million.

The ten-year lease is for space at the Imperial Bank Building on 15303 Ventura Blvd. The LA offices of the Staubach Co. represented the tenant. The building owner, Galleria Park Partners LLC was represented by LA-based Douglas Emmett & Co.
