Farmland Approved for Warehouse/Distribution Center

ATLANTA-Ellis Dawes Properties is developing the Air Logistics Center at Hartsfield, a $20 million, four-building mixed-use park on 34 acres near Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport.

ATLANTA-The expansion of the Atlanta airport is fueling a spate of new industrial development in the surrounding area as existing properties are razed to make way for the fifth runway and other airport facilities.

Ellis Dawes Properties is among the group of developers building in the South Atlanta market around Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport. In its first southside project, the company is developing a $20-million warehouse/distribution/office park, the Air Logistics Center at Hartsfield.
