Jack in the Box to Build at MetroTown Square

SANTA ANA, CA-The fast food restaurant chain has taken a ground lease in a transaction where the details are undisclosed.

Jack In The Box plans to build a drive-through restaurant on the site located at the northwest corner of Bristol Street and Callens Commons. Anchor tenants at the 20-acre neighborhood center are Vons andBally's Total Fitness.

The restaurant is tentatively scheduled to open in the spring of 2001. Voit Commercial Brokerage's Irvine office represented the fast food chain in the transaction.
