Law Firm Relocates, Making Way for Another in Westory Building

WASHINGTON, DC-A local law firm plans to relocate its offices from one location in NW to another and to also open another office in Virginia. The deal is being made possible as the law firm that currently leases the NW space plans its own move.

Kilpatrick Stockton LLC is planning to relocate its offices to 52,570 sf at the Westory Building, 607 14th St., NW. It also signed a lease for 25,441 sf of office space at 11130 Sunrise Valley Dr. in Reston, VA, according to Tom Fulcher, of Julien J. Studley Inc. The firm will be moving from a 23,000 sf office suite at 700 13th St., NW.
