Avex Acquisitions has secured two plots totaling 43.5 acres at Beltway 8 west and Fisher Road from a West Belt-Fisher Road entity. Avex has turned around and sold a 65,500-sf tract to Sun Development and 6.2 acres--all in the Beltway 8 west and Fisher Road corridor--to Fire Protection & Mechanical Services.

Avi Ron and Ron Aliezer have purchased 43.5 acres at 435 S. Sheldon Rd. in Channelview in the northwest sector from TIC United Corp. A 10.6-acre parcel, situated west of US 59 north and south of Will Clayton Parkway, has been acquired by Clifford Staloch and Eddie Richardson. The seller is Palma Richardson. Sego LP has bought 3.1 acres at the Lakes at 610 and West Bellfort from Lakes Acquisitions Ltd. Geaux Interests LP has bought 2.9 acres for retail development along Stuebner Airline Road from Eugene R. Ramazetti.
