The park's owners will also construct build-to-suit buildings for lease. The site is just north of the new US 17-92 bridge over the St. Johns River. "It's an example of the Orlando industrial and office market extending into Volusia County," Realvest founder and president George L. Livingston tells GlobeSt.com.
The industrial campus is adjacent to the Springview residential neighborhood and within walking distance of the new Gemini Springs Park. Realvest's Michael Heidrich and Paul Partyka are handling the park's sales and leasing.
